Strainer,Multi-bag strainer,It is a specialized liquid filtration apparatus which can effectively remove the liquid particles of different sizes , so as to achieve a liquid filtration, purification , separation, recovery purposes.
Performance characteristics:

2. Select the filter bag and seal different materials can be adapted to different design temperature: 80-200 Filter housing material: SS304,SS 304L,SS316,SS 316L, titanium, carbon steel, PTFE or PVDF coating are available special corrosion-resistant filters
3. Standard sealing material: NBR (BUNA); optional sealing materials: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and fluorine rubber, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), silicone, graphite spiral wound gasket
4. Eye bolt lock structure, rocker top cover open
5. Filter bag filter precision: from 0.3---1000um, used materials are polypropylene, polyester, nylon, PTFE (PTFE) and other materials
6. Import and export flange standards can provide a national standard (GB/HG), ANSI (ANSI), DIN (DI n) and JIS (JIS)
7. Consistent with the special designed filter baskets lock structure and stainless steel fine mesh filter basket, recoil and other renewable technologies, the system can be converted to manual or automatic backwash filter system, greatly reducing the cost replacing the filter bag in the application with high impurity content, reduce labor intensity and improve productivity |
